1-Year Warranty
Every Beleco piece is covered for a full year from the day it's delivered. If something's wrong with the craftsmanship — we make it right. Here’s how it works, in plain English.
✓What’s covered
Manufacturing and craftsmanship issues that appear under normal wear within 12 months of delivery:
- Plating or top coating that chips, peels or rubs off under normal wear
- Birthstones or crystals that fall out
- A chain, clasp or jump ring that breaks
- Engraving that fades or wears off
Covered issues are repaired or replaced free of charge — our choice of repair, an identical replacement, or an item of equal value.
✕What’s not covered
- Damage from harsh chemicals or oxidizing environments — liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, spas
- Misuse or poor maintenance (rings in the dishwater, jewelry through the washing machine…)
- Items that were resized, repaired, updated or further customized by anyone but us
- Natural oxidation of sterling silver — it darkens over time and wipes right off with a polishing cloth (see our care guide)
- Loss or theft
