Only issue I have and it’s more my fault that I didn’t zoom into the picture, the font choices are very small in the photos to choose from. The one I chose the capital letter “I” looks more like a “J” in the final necklace. So instead of having an Izzy necklace, it almost looks like a Jzzy necklace. Otherwise great product, and great shipping!

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. It is so pretty! I had an issue with the order not showing up after being marked as delivered. I contacted the seller and couldn’t be happier with the help I received. We agreed on a date to wait to until another item was shipped in case the first item showed up. When it never did, I messaged the seller and they sent out a replacement after remaking the item. All responses were quick and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the shop and the seller. My daughter will love her necklace and I can’t wait to give it to her for Christmas!
