Ordering & personalization
How does personalization work?
Type your name, word or date exactly as you’d like it engraved, pick a font and material — and our makers craft your piece by hand, letter by letter. Your piece is made exactly as you type it, so double-check spelling, capitalization and sizes before ordering.
Can I see my name in the different fonts before ordering?
Yes! Try our live name preview — pick a language (English, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian and 10+ more), type a name, and see it exactly as we’ll engrave it.
Most product pages also show a live preview as you type.
Which languages can you engrave?
Many! Alongside English we craft pieces in Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Greek, Farsi, Japanese, Chinese, Armenian, Amharic and more — browse the By Language menu to find yours.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 24 hours — change anything or cancel for a full refund, no questions asked.
After 24 hours — production has already started, so a 30% restocking fee applies.
After shipping — accept the piece, or return it with a 30% restocking fee.
Spotted a typo right after ordering? Contact us ASAP — we’ll do our best to catch it before crafting begins.
Shipping & delivery
How long until my order arrives?
Every piece is handmade to order — crafting takes 3–5 business days before shipping. Then:
United States: First Class Mail 2–6 business days (FREE) or DHL Express 2–4 business days ($39.90)
Everywhere else: DHL Express 2–6 business days ($19.90)

Is US shipping really free?
Yes — every US order ships free with First Class Mail and full tracking. Want it faster? Upgrade to DHL Express at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Head to Track My Order — enter your order number + email and watch your package move in real time. No tracking number needed. You can also sign in with just your email (we send a 6-digit code, no password) to see all your orders — it works for guest checkouts too.
My order hasn’t shipped yet — should I worry?
Probably not! If you haven’t received a shipping email yet, your piece is most likely still being handmade — that’s 3–5 business days of careful work. If it’s been longer, write to us and we’ll check on it right away.
Returns & warranty
What’s your return policy?
Every order comes with a 100-day return policy and a 1-year warranty. Within 100 days of delivery, if plating chips, a birthstone falls out, a chain breaks, or the piece just doesn’t look like the one you fell in love with — we’ll replace it free of charge.

What if I just changed my mind?
Within 15 days of delivery we’ll happily replace or refund, with two conditions: return postage is on you, and personalized items carry a 30% restocking fee — a piece with your name on it can’t be resold.
You made a mistake with my order — now what?
Wrong item, damaged item, or a misspelling that isn’t your typo? Tell us and you’ll get a refund or exchange. We’re human — we fix it, quickly and with an apology.
Jewelry care
How do I keep my jewelry looking new?
The short version: take it off before showers, workouts, cooking and cosmetics; wipe with a soft cloth after wear; store each piece in its own pouch. The full guide is on our jewelry care page.
My silver piece darkened — is it defective?
Not at all — real sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time. A quick pass with a silver polishing cloth brings the bright shine right back. No return needed!

Do you have a discount for first orders?
Yes — join our newsletter (the form is in the footer) and after confirming your email you’ll receive 15% off your first order.
