They arrived just slightly over a week from the dispatch date, and they were well-packaged with a thank you card, a small cloth for polishing & a set of care instructions in a handy little pouch. Very happy with my necklace. Initially, when I purchased it, it got lost in shipment but the seller did everything he could to find a solution. He made me a brand new necklace and sent it making it sure it arrived when I requested. It was all done and received within a week. I love my item so much I was so amazed when it arrived so well packaged too. I was surprised when I opened my parcel that they had put so much effort in to the packaging very pretty velvet case a small polishing cloth to clean my necklace too. The dispatch and arrival time was super fast from the day I placed the order to the arrival day only too 5 working days from Israel to England at no extra cost I needed it before I went away and I got it.
