I recieved the jewelry well packaged. It came in about 2 weeks.it looks pretty and fit well. The only thing that I disliked was the font size you can barely read the name. also it’s not engraved in the jewelry it’s printed with ink. Hopefully the ink doesn’t come off or fade since it’s not bold or dark enough. I hope that they can have this in there description so customers can know what they are buying.

I ordered a gold plated name bracelet for my toddler. The item was ordered 12/06/19 and by early January I still had not received my order. I contacted the shop a few times and they apologized for the delay. They even offered to send me another bracelet in silver because I was unsatisfied with the time it was taking to receive. I politely refused and asked for a refund instead since I never received my order. The customer service was excellent! They always responded in a timely manner and tried to satisfy me. When I requested a refund, they did with no problem. Well I finally received my order and the bracelet is beautiful! I contacted the shop to pay for it since I finally received it and they refused. Beautiful products and excellent customer service!
It took 23 days to get this...but it was absolutely beautiful. Exactly what I hoped for.
