The owner of the shop, Rami, is absolutely so helpful and cares so much for her customers! I had ordered a bracelet from her store a couple weeks before Christmas, so I wasn’t expecting it come on time. Upon looking at the tracking information, it looked as if the bracelet was stuck in processing. But after talking to Rami about the situation, she contacted the post office, made sure the bracelet wasn’t lost in the mail, and to make up for how long it took to receive the gift, she offered to make me something else from her shop free of charge! I highly recommend buying from her shop, not just for the amazing jewelry, but for the amazing customer service you will experience if anything was to occur :)
