Cyrillic name necklace

My girlfriend, being Russian, I sometimes can’t figure her out…. I gave her this early and she liked it but told me she doesn’t like necklaces and would somehow turn it into a pin that she could wear. But then somehow she changed her mind, put it on as a necklace and won’t take it off! She loves it!
